What data do we collect from you and why?

 

Statistics

If you enter your e-mail address in the Decibel Calculator on our website to receive the report in your mailbox, we will also receive a copy of the PDF report in a view of research and statistical processing.

Thercon only uses your data internally, except in the following cases:

 

  • We will share your data if you specifically fill out the contact form to be contacted with an installer and we will also send you the details of that installer. What is the storage period of your data?

Thercon will retain your personal data until the end of the month 3 years after sending a contact form, unless a longer retention period is required on the basis of a legal obligation or for special liability reasons (e.g. in the context of a (possible) dispute).

 

What are your rights?
